Molybdenum Disc
Molybdenum discs, also known as molybdenum pads or molybdenum substrates, are circular thin sheets made from high-purity molybdenum powder through powder metallurgy, followed by rolling, stamping, and precision grinding and polishing. They perfectly inherit the high melting point (2620℃), excellent thermal conductivity, extremely low and adjustable coefficient of thermal expansion, and good high-temperature strength of metallic molybdenum. These properties make them ideal for high-end applications requiring precise thermal management and dimensional stability.
